Fastener product basics

1.  Basic knowledge of fastener products: The standard for screws includes the product name (standard), material, strength grade, specification, and surface treatment.

2.  In terms of product type, outer hexagonal screws have a relatively larger torsion force compared to inner hexagonal screws and cross recesses.  It is generally recommended that the screw grade be one level higher than the nut grade for optimal cost-effectiveness in product support.
